Surplus fabric is one of the fashion industry’s most overlooked challenges. Across the UK, unused textiles accumulate in warehouses or become waste. But these remnants represent more than a problem — they’re an opportunity to rethink how materials are used.

This week we opened the doors to our “Come Sew With Us”  pop-up at the Old Department Store in the heart of Cirencester - it certainly has been a whirlwind! In 48 hours we transformed the space into something warm, welcoming and full of colour and fabrics. We gathered donated wallpaper, bought two pots of sage green paint, sourced a few beautiful furniture pieces from The Home Remedy , filled the space with rescued fabrics and sewing machines and somehow pulled it all togethe
