Meet Siji 

Born and bred in India, Siji is a highly skilled embroiderer specialising in the beautiful tambour technique. Naturally curious and always eager to learn something new, she’s the kind of person who sees a skill and immediately wants to master it.

Her sewing journey didn’t start entirely smoothly.  On one memorable early attempt, a needle went straight into her finger. There was crying, laughing, a very careful rewind of the machine wheel, and a quick trip for a vaccine, but crucially, she didn’t stop.

That mix of bravery, curiosity and determination pretty much sums Siji up.

Today, her embroidery is intricate, confident and utterly stunning- proof that a small wobble at the start can lead to something truly special.
